Grip socks are mandatory in the studio and if you forget yours, we have a wide selection to choose from to purchase. We provide all necessary equipment, including mats and reformers.

What is the cancellation policy?

For group classes, we require 24-hour notice for drop-in and membership classes, and 8-hour notice for class packs. Private and Semi-Private sessions also require 24-hour notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and helps maintain our schedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes. Our studio is located at the end of the 2535 building in the corner space, with plenty of free parking immediately outside the studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit to easily find the space and get settled.
