Yes! Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation and injury prevention. Our instructors have specialized training in Pilates for injuries and pathologies. What should I wear to a Pilates session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your alignment more clearly. Please avoid loose clothing and zippers, as they can damage the equipment.

Grip socks are required. If you forget yours, we have some available for purchase.

We are kindly a shoeless studio, so please leave shoes at the front. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel for group classes if you would like one. Towels are also available for purchase at the studio.

All equipment, including mats and reformers, is provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 8-hour notice for group class cancellations and 24-hour notice for Private and Semi-Private session cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and helps maintain our schedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

How do I book a session?

Group classes can be booked by clicking the "Sign In" button at the bottom of the website.

New clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation to discuss their goals and create a personalized plan.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes. Our studio is located at the end of the 2535 building in the corner space, with plenty of free parking immediately outside the studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit to easily find the space and get settled.
